Our Mission

The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (VietCham) is the Representative Office of the Hanoi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (HanoiSME) in Singapore. Established to serve as a vital bridge between the business communities of Vietnam and Singapore, VietCham promotes bilateral trade and investment relations through meaningful networking, expert advisory, and strategic partnerships.

We facilitate connections between Vietnamese entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals with Singapore's world-class business ecosystem — spanning finance, technology, healthcare, education, and more. Our comprehensive suite of services includes company incorporation, family office setup, corporate immigration, and market entry advisory.
